FAQ
From a customer, I show around a cause,
the measures method thought to be the question sent well.

Operation
  • Hand turning of coupling is smooth
    <Possible cause> <Countermeasure>
Failure with motor wiring and electrical equipment
Contact the construction contractor and check the wiring status and electrical equipment
    Motor failure
Consider repairing or repurchasing the motor
    Coupling bolts not installed
After checking the rotation direction with motor, install the coupling bolts and start up the pump
    Reverse rotation of motor
Remove all coupling bolts and check the rotation direction of the motor itself.
If rotation direction is opposite, the pump may need to be repaired or parts replaced.

Hand turning of coupling is NOT smooth
    <Possible cause> <Countermeasure>
Rotating parts (impeller, etc.) are in contact with other parts
Dismantle the suction cover and check pump inside. If any contact is found, contact the supplier or access Honda Pumps Web Site “Contact Us”, to request repair the pump or replace the parts
